- Protective clothing with a system of active thermoregulation
Dedicated for use in cold environments. The clothing provides appropriate thermal comfort for the user in different ambient temperatures and for variable user activities. The clothing is based on a system of materials with electric heating inserts positioned in selected places. The active element of the garment is a microprocessor temperature controller which - on the basis of undergarment temperature measurement and preset algorithm - decides to switch on or off the power supply to the heating inserts.

- Intelligent Monitoring System

New generation monitoring system based on cost-effective and scalable infrastructure of node stations was developed in order to be installed in any location of urban agglomeration. Through data (audio and video) analysis it is automatically determined which event is potentially dangerous in order to alert security services. Location and type of the event and multimedia recordings are wirelessly sent to the monitoring centre and to handheld PDA devices used by mobile forces.

- Multi-puropose wireless system for monitoring safety risks

There is a problem to remote real-time monitoring of human's environment, which might be endangered by accidental environmental disasters, or might be the result of criminal or terrorist acts. The multi-purpose wireless system of threats monitoring is a solution of this issue. So far two applications of this system have been developed: a wireless monitoring system for containers and a mobile monitoring system for gas air pollution measurements.

Application: contactless measurement and 3D shape reconstruction of surfaces in a micro scale. Advantages: very high resolution of measurement (nanometres) and environmental chamber for stabilisation of temperature in the measurement area. The software supports data edition and conversion from the point cloud into the triangle mesh, as well as data export in many formats.
- Multisource plasma magnetron sputtering system
The multisource plasma magnetron sputtering system contains three magnetron plasma sources and three dedicated power and control systems. The magnetron power packs are highly efficient systems of DC/DC converters which do not require forced air cycle. The system can be controlled by software on the PC or manually by each power supply keyboard.
- Mobile device for generation of water based maintenance fluids
Membrane device and method of utilisation of used water based maintenance fluids designed for the food industry (acid and basic cleaning baths for installation cleaning) and mechanical industry (regeneration of cutting fluids including modern synthetic fluids).
- Laser penetrometer
Automatic device with modern laser technology for penetration measurement. The use of an RS connector enables the recording of complete research procedure and its results, and data transformation into a format that allows further mathematical processing. The Laser Penetrometer is designed for consistency testing of petrochemical products, food products, cosmetics, pharmaceutics mixtures, plastic explosive materials.
- Specialised test stand for testing the adhesion of multi-layer materials
The measuring device for testing adhesive resistance of multi-layer materials is compatible with computer software, making it possible to monitor the process on-line and to automatically record test results in an investigation report.
- Two-channel hydrous dissociometer DW2K-1
Two-channel hydrous dissociometer is a digital-analogue measuring system intended for the measurement of the dissociation degree of a nitriding atmosphere. The dissociometer may be used in industrial conditions, e.g. in installations for gas nitriding or in laboratory conditions, as a precise measuring instrument for research in the field of ammonia dissociation processes.

- Amorphous heating mats

Heating mats usually find their applications in the building industry and in housings. Currently no mats of such structure are available on the Polish market. Their uniqueness lies in their large active heating surface which results from the application of very thin amorphous strips for heating components. Low heating temperature and developed surface increase their resistance, reliability and safety of use. The mats can be installed traditionally under the flooring or directly under carpets and on the walls. The material has high mechanical and corrosion resistance. Low heat inertia makes the mats especially suitable for intermittent operation. Their flexibility allows for winding them directly onto the surface of containers and pipelines which are installed on the outside.

The nanocrystalline round core is made of an iron-based alloy in the form of a ring of the following dimensions: outer diameter Øz = 150 mm, inner diameter Øw = 80 mm, height h=15 mm. Applications: current transformers, low power transformers of low power loss.

Pulsatory classifier is designed for separation of organic impurities, i.e. wood, peat, roots, charcoal, etc. from gravel of granulation of 16-2 mm during operation of equipment in technological lines in aggregate mines. Basic operational media include: circulating water, compressed operational air of low pressure and compressed control air of high pressure.
- Small-size MWW 1 drilling jumbo
Small-size MWW 1 drilling jumbo is designed for aiding the technology of roadway drivage with the use of explosives. It can be used in underground workings potentially threatened by explosion hazard. In the standard version it is adapted for drilling blast holes and bolt holes of 42 mm-dia. Use of drilling jumbo increases efficiency, ergonomics and comfort of work. From one position of drilling jumbo it is possible to drill holes around the working of 42 m2 cross section.
- KHW-12/28-POz powered roof support and its KHW-12/28-POz/BSN version for longwall end
KHW-12/28-POz powered roof support and its KHW-12/28-POz/BSN version for longwall end designed for underground mining in longwalls operated in the caving system. In 2008 the support started its operation in the longwall panel of 645-metre length and 2.1-metre height in the "Murcki" Colliery. Good results of mining operations encouraged other collieries to purchase another two longwall systems.

KHW-12/28-POz/Pp powered roof support and its KHW-12/28-POz/Pp/BSN version for longwall end are designed for underground mining in longwalls operated in the caving system and with backfilling. It is possible to reequip the support from caving version to backfilling version in a longwall panel. In 2009 the support in its caving version started operation in the "Wieczorek" Colliery.

KHW-14/24-Pp powered roof support and its KHW-14/24-Pp/BSN version for longwall end are designed for underground mining in longwalls with hydraulic backfilling. In 2008 the support started its operation in longwall of panel of 700-metre length and 2-metre height in the "Wujek" Colliery. A design solution of support was awarded a Gold Medal at the International Warsaw Invention & Innovation Show IWIS 2009.
- WOZ-20/350/AZ transportation platform
WOZ-20/350/AZ platform is designed for rail transportation of machines, equipment or their sub-systems weighing up to 20 t, on inclinations up to ±4°. The platform can be used in underground mine workings potentially threatened by methane and/or coal dust explosion hazard. A possibility of optional use of extension platform is a characteristic feature of the platform. The design makes it possible to obtain a larger surface for loading.
- System for electronic identification of machine components based on RFID technology

Unique system for electronic identification of machine components based on RFID technology, which increases safety of operation of longwall powered roof support by ensuring unique identification of its components, implemented in six Polish collieries.
- MDR-03AT-E drill rig

MDR-03AT-E drill rig is designed for geological-and-exploration drilling and for preparation of dewatering, degasification and pilot holes in rocks of different hardness. It is possible to drill in different directions (in the range of 360°) due to rotary fixation of the turn-table on the body of the gear box. It can be used for drilling in coal, ores and salt mines, including workings potentially threatened by methane and/or coal dust explosion hazard.
- MDR-06A drill rig

MDR-06A drill rig is designed for geological-and-exploration drilling and for preparation of dewatering, degasification and pilot holes in rocks of different hardness, with dimensions ranging from 46 to 114 mm. It is designed mainly for operation in coal, ores and salt mines, including workings potentially threatened by methane and/or coal dust explosion hazard.

WMD-150 drill rig is designed for geological-and-exploration drilling and preparation of dewatering, degasification and pilot holes in rocks of different hardness. Nominal drilling depth is 150 m at diameter Ø 46 mm and it equals 60 m when drilling with the core drill of 76 mm dia. It is designed mainly for operation in coal, ores and salt mines, including workings potentially threatened by methane and/or coal dust explosion hazard.

ŁJK-1200 side discharge loader with a telescopic boom, equipped with "load-sensing" electrohydraulic drive, is designed for loading the run-of-mine to mine cars as well as different types of conveyors in roadways and rooms of underground mining plants. Depending on needs, the unloading of the run-of-mine from bucket can be realized to the left or right side of the machine.

European Space Agency (ESA) initiative. The project is carried out in many European countries; in Poland it is conducted by POLSPACE/Astri Polska with significant collaboration from PAN Space Research Center. Throughout the world technologies developed for research and use of space or elements of satellite or rocket systems are transferred to other economy and industry sectors. The most evident example is Teflon technology but there are innumerable cases of other applications, e.g. in gas industry, power generation, communication, material sciences, automation, robotics, etc. European experience shows that space technologies are characterized by such special features as resistance to temperature difference, lightness and durability, and unorthodox design approach, which greatly contributes to modernization of production technology and enterprises.

The Company has participated in realization of the project in the frame of Activity 4.2 of the Operational Programme - Enterprise and Innovations, 2007-2013 financed from EU funds. The project's aim has been realized by the purchase of suitable equipment necessary for research and development activity. The new equipment has been installed in the company spaces and properly qualified staff has been employed for research. The research and development work resulting from the realization of the project are mainly focused on ready-to-use microbiological media. The new equipment is applied for research for optimum parameters of ready-to-use microbiological media. Microbiological media as bioproducts are commonly applied in purity control of air and water. Metalographic analysis technique using spherical microsection methodology supports checking in detail the structure of thin layers or coatings (0.5-40 μm) directly on the finished product. It is used for assessing quality of surfaces modified with galvanizing technologies as well as PVD, EBPVD , PACVD, CVD, and gas and ion nitriding methods. IMP developed Kulotester, a testing environment for quick metalographic analysis of coatings and layered finishes at spherical metalographic microsections. The station is additionally equipped with a stereoscope microscope for precise observation of generated spherical microsection traces.
